Summary of the Story
Christianity is built on the belief of Jesus rising from the dead; that event itself was perhaps one of the most significant victories over sin and death, if not THE victory. The disciples wept and fled in fear when Jesus was crucified and buried.
God raised Jesus from the dead according to the scriptures. The tomb was empty; two women came to see. Its angels declared unto the woman disciple that He is not dead. Introduction
Jesus Christ, the New Testament is filled with the most miraculous miracle in life, death and resurrection. This is why the Resurrection carries so much significance: it is not just an event recorded 2000 years ago, it is a message, a promise, in fact for all of humanity concerning belief, hope and everlasting life, a heart-stirring hope that echoes within every human breast. And this story narrates that death is not the end of the road, but rather a new life and there is no one who can do anything besides Allah alone. Historical background
Jerusalem was occupied by the Roman Empire; people lived under extreme political pressure, religious tension, and fear of the future. The day of Passover, it was busy and emotional throughout the city. The longing for the Messiah, the desire for liberation, and hope for God’s help were felt everywhere.
It was the wisdom, love, and healing power of Jesus Christ, who stole the hearts of the people. However, his teachings also confronted the religionists heads-on, and this soon brought Him into conflict with them. A long time of sorrow

Angel’s message

They were surprised and happy about this news. Those in mourning yesterday are hopeful today. Well, they believed that God responded to their prayers and that their teacher was still alive.

Meeting Mary
Mary Magdalene was weeping after the death of Jesus Christ until he appeared first to her, and she joyfully stopped crying. Hopeful light and gratitude had filled eyes that had been steeped in warmth. This was not an isolated incident or moment, as it became the first resurrection witness.
The reality of the empty tomb

Faith
Those who had previously been scared saw a ray of light. It turns out the end was just the beginning they thought it was. Fear gradually turned into faith.

The Journey to Emmaus
The incident with the two disciples walking from Jerusalem to Emmaus, whom Jesus Christ walked with and whom they did not recognize at first. Their hearts were filled with sorrow and their words. Each step of the way was an expression of their confusion and sadness.

The joy of the disciples
The disciples, who were once terrified and confused, are now filled with joy and amazement. Their best consolation was knowing that their Master lived. The stillness that had descended on their houses and their hearts was now replaced by the sound of joy.
They started telling each other that it was all true. Their faith was revived.
From doubt to faith
Part of our humanity is its instinctive skepticism, yet despite their doubt, Jesus Christ knew and showed them His truth.
Thus, their skepticism turned into confidence and conviction when Jesus Christ presented Himself alive after His passionate departure. Thomas’s reply becomes a parable for how even sincere doubt, if pursued with an open heart, can result in faith.
This lesson shows us that doubt is a way forward to faith. God Almighty does not frighten the people with their questions but, by means of answering them, strengthens their hearts.
The Great Commission
Jesus Christ commanded his followers to go and reach the nations with his mission. It was not merely a religion; it was a cosmic message. The message encompassed love and forgiveness, truth, and hope—hope not just for the here and now, but everlasting.
They were instructed to proclaim the Gospel to every nation, for in the end death is God’s. Their task was not only to speak this message but also to live it. Through education, compassion, and service, they would share this message.

Life Application
The resurrection, in so many ways, reminds Christians that nothing is out of reach for God. Christians can cling to God who gives life, peace and victory even when all seems hopeless. The empty tomb reminds us every day that He is alive and still does His work through His people.
Life of worship and belief
The devotedness with which the disciples afterwards served their risen Master is also intelligible. Now their prayers were accompanied not only by passion but also by thanks, faith, and feeling. They believed the connection they had with God had become stronger. Their community breathed new spirit as well.
The Message of Eternal Hope

What terrifies mankind as much even with the mercy of God is overcome. This message brings hope to every heart.

Resurrection Affects
