Summary of the Story
Jesus Christ was crucified at Calvary, and this perishing resembles that most colossal demonstration of God’s love towards humanity. Jesus’s teachings
Love, forgiveness, and serving humanity were the underlying messages through all of the life of Jesus Christ! He had taught not only how to worship but also purity of heart, truth, and compassion for others.
His task was not confined to a single people or nation. He had a message that transcended any one human being. Hence, his life and death bear immense importance across the globe. A cut that would not have healed; you need to know his mission first and foremost in order to comprehend the crucifixion, as it was a culmination of everything he dreamed for people.

He was burdened; He understood the following day would involve immense suffering for Him. He was alone at that point and was in his spiritual agony. His solitude was the ghost of a man sometimes alone in his greatest trials. This sentence was the best evidence of his faithfulness, patience, and loyalty.
Soldiers: all weaknesses, all human
That incident also highlights that in a spiritual test, an emotional reaction is insufficient to help you pass. You also need consciousness, prayer, and faith. And so they were calling on Jesus to be punished. Pilate washed his hands of the matter and said he wasn’t in on it but still sent him out for crucifixion.
What this shows is the conflict between human justice and political oppression. It also clarifies that such global governance has often weakened in front of people’s sentiments and rulers’ fears.
The crowning and the bitter passion of the people
Biblically, it says the people were given a choice: Jesus Christ or Barabbas. He was also a judge who engaged in illegal conduct and some dispute, but he sought pardon after, and the people sought punishment.
Rather, it makes tangible the strange veracity of human nature.
The selection of Barabbas also proves that dooming the innocent and exonerating the guilty are behaviors not particular to this society or any other but to human nature itself. And so, too, Jesus carried a cross made of timber heavy, and to the top of Golgotha. It was not a linear path but one filled with refrains of pain, fatigue, humiliation and mockery. Nails restrained his hands and feet. It was the darkest hour of human history, when an innocent man received all the cruelty of the world. Having his presence on the altar was both a physical pain and somehow a wordless sacrifice.
Last moments spent on the Cross
The time spent on the cross was laced with an unutterably heavy and inexplicable gravity. We all have read those words. Jesus Christ spoke that, summarized in a few syllables. His agony, His purpose, and the faith He had. I thirst; it is finished. To the end he committed his spirit.

Mary’s sorrow
Mary, was extremely heartbroken on seeing her son in pain. The hardest moment a mom could go through. For every mother, that is nothing short of what would be called an apocalypse when she sees her beloved child in this condition.
As they wait patiently (and sometimes not so patiently) and cling to their faith, it shows that we cannot always see God moving where He is leading. Sometimes, you have to endure the pain of your season because you believe and Mary is a testament to that.
